Why is it everytime i go into Kinkos to get some things printed off, the guy behind the counter has no clue what i'm talking about? Is it too much to ask that they know their different types of paper? I am by no means an expert but for goodness sakes its in every single window whenever you go to print, it's the paper size. I ask for a glossy A4 and he comes back with plain ole 8.5x11 and part of the page cut off...ummm yeah i'm going to need you to do this again...
Oh and on a similar thought don't even think about asking about ANSI paper sizes, it'll blow their minds...

oh i've grown to despise kinko's. i don't understand how i can go in and spend $100 on just copies. now i know for a fact it ain't costing them that much to copy my junk. and i even have a discount card... 30%.
kinko's is ruthless and evil.
